Private events: wedding, baptism, anniversary

The moments spent with loved ones are always special. To make them memorable, we offer you the whole space available at Potcoava: the pension with 13 rooms (of which 8 are family rooms), the living room near the Reception, the restaurant and training room, the SPA center, as well as the terrace and the pavilion in the yard.

We offer you everything you need for organising weddings, baptisms, birthdays and other themed parties for a small number of people (30-60 people).

Starting this year, 2019, we offer a tent with a capacity of 100-150 people for private events.

We work with other nearby accommodation units to accommodate all your guests in comfort conditions. For them, we can also provide on request a transfer from the party to the accommodation at the wedding night.

The space we have is quite generous: we have arranged a special area for organising events – a training room located on the ground floor of the pension, an outdoor terrace and a pavilion.

The training room is suitable for up to 30 persons (U shape) and it has a projector and a screen, flip chart, sound system, wifi access. as it is situated in the extension of the restaurant, it can be completely separated through a dividing wall. If needed, the training room can be expanded to include the entire restaurant. This room is available to organised groups that need this space for different formal meetings, workshops or other indoor activities.

The capacity of our pension is of 13 rooms (5 double and 8 family rooms) that may also be used as single rooms. We have a restaurant with a pre-established menu, a small SPA center (jacuzzi, sauna, salt room) and numerous activities.

The main activities we offer you are those related to horse riding (riding lessons, horseback riding trips, horse riding education and horsemanship workshops), and in addition we mention: airsoft, campfire, zip line. For those who want to come with family and children we have a generous playground specially designed for them.
